By installing or using GCal Pro (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of the Service

GCal Pro is a Chrome extension that enhances the Google Calendar web experience by allowing users to apply custom colors to calendar events. The Extension operates exclusively within the Google Calendar website and modifies the visual presentation of events for organizational purposes.

GCal Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Extension. By using GCal Pro, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Usage and Restrictions

You agree to use GCal Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
• Use the Extension in a way that interferes with Google Calendar's functionality or violates Google's terms of service
• Attempt to bypass any technical limitations or safeguards

5. Data and Privacy

GCal Pro stores settings and preferences locally in your Chrome profile using Chrome's storage system. If Chrome sync is enabled, these settings may sync across your devices through your Google account.

The Extension:

• Does not collect personal data
• Does not transmit data to third-party servers
• Does not track browsing activity outside Google Calendar

6. Premium Features

Some features of GCal Pro may require a paid upgrade ("Pro"). Pricing, features, and availability may change over time. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or the Chrome Web Store's policies.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Extension at any time, including features or pricing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will meet your specific requirements or be free of bugs or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCal Pro and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Extension at any time if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes to These Terms
